How long is my Manufacturing Warranty?
Your Kadence instrument carries a 12-month manufacturing warranty from the purchase date. While it is still under warranty, follow us on Instagram and upload your invoice to add another 6 months, free.
What does the Manufacturing Warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects on your Kadence instrument. It does not cover physical damage, misuse, or issues caused by improper care or lack of maintenance, and it does not cover accessories.
Do I need the app?
No app needed. Everything runs in your browser and works on any phone.
Can I transfer my Manufacturing Warranty?
No. The Manufacturing Warranty is linked to the original purchase and cannot be transferred to another person.
